There were already many types of smoothies which we know and which lets say we can easily get our favorite one remedy available in the internet if we search for but what if we were in a hurry,don’t have much time to make those special type of smoothie or dont have the ingredients available.

So just in case of that time you may what say prefer my tips or my remedies.So i make this only not within 5 minutes but ya this smoothies were rich in nutrient also which is enough to fulfill your whole day requirements.

  1. DRY FRUITS SMOOTHIE – we already know the goodness of dry fruits so lets get straight for the process of making this smoothie.To make one glass of this smoothie we need some cashew  like 1 table spoon of it,you can add the dry fruits as according to your choices also so ya here i have added some cashew,some almond,dates remember to remove its seed(to add the sweetness in the smoothie) and last but not the least some walnuts only in small amount you may also add fruits to it as according to your preference,now add half glass of yogurt whatever you prefer plain or sweet and half glass of water as your preference,grind all this stuff in a mixer grinder and your smoothie is ready,healthy and testy.
  2. COCONUT BANANA MANGO SMOOTHIE –its very simple to make and healthy too,full of fibre vitamins and nutrients.To make this as we already we need 1 mango,2 to 3 slices of coconut finely chopped and one banana,add all this in a mixer grinder add some sugar if you like more sweet and lastly add a cup of plain yogurt,grind all this together and your smoothie is ready to be served.
  3. BANANA SMOOTHIE – banana as according to me is a very important part for a smoothie not only we simply opt or go for a banana smoothie in an hurry but we can add as many fruits we like in this smoothie according to our choice like pomegranate,mango,oranges kiwi or lychee and the last one is my favorite lychee and banana smoothie so ya you can go for any fruit what you like to add in this banana smoothie and  start your with lots of nutrients.
  4. ORANGE STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE – you may also opt for a simple orange smoothie but adding strawberry or banana any one of it will make it more testy and also more rich in nutrient,oranges is a natural detoxifier for our skin as well as for your body.So to make this we simply need one whole of orange 5 to 6 strawberries,milk or yogurt as your choice but according me i will prefer yogurt more then milk for summer because yogurt is good for digestion and to keep your stomach fresh and cool all day long.So last but not the least grind all this stuff nicely and your smoothie is ready to serve.
  5. WATERMELON LYCHEE SMOOTHIE – the taste of this smoothie is just to good that if you try this out for once you would definitely not going to regret it to have again its just to yummy and easy to make aslo the only fruits required is watermelon and lychee you may also go for strawberries instead of lychee as per your choice now grind all the stuff with a cup of yogurt and your testy healthy smoothie is ready to have.
  • ALL THE FRUITS ARE SEASONED ORIENTED SO YOU MIGHT HAVE GOT MY POINT THAT HOW MUCH NUTRITIONAL,CHEAP AT COST AND EASILY YOU CAN MAKE THE SMOOTHIE AT HOME WITHIN NO TIME.
